Caramel and her kittens came into resuce when her kits were about 5 weeks old. Her history is a bit sketchy but we believe she’d been living in a multi cat household and was thrown out when one of the family members left. Whether this was before of after her kittens were born, and just how long she’d been struggling to care for them whilst living rough is unclear. She did well to keep them safe and fed but was visibly very grateful to get them into rescue.
She’s a super friendly girl with humans. Since she has kits with her we’ve not introduced her to any of the other cats so unable to say how well she might get onwith other pets. She’s gentle and loving and should be fine with sensible kids.
Caramel will be spayed, vaccinated and microchipped prior to going to her new home. She’s already had a positive health check and had flea and worm treatment.
She’ll need to stay indoors initially in her new home, but after that would like a safe garden to explore. We always strongly recommend that cats be kept indoors overnight though.
We always homecheck prior to adoption and ask a minimum adoption donation of £70 for a neutered adult cat.
