These two lovely girls arrived in rescue with their kittens when the kits were about 6 weeks old. They’d lived in a home where they’d been loved and generally cared for, but not neutered, and neither had the other cats in the household. The situation had become overwhelming with such a large family of cats .. these two have the same mum but are from litters about 5 months apart … and their owner took the decision to rehome some of them through rescue.
Squiggle & Raven gave birth within a few days of each other and have brought their 7 kittens up between them. They get along well together even under the pressure of shared child care, so it would be nice if they could find a home together.
They’re both very friendly, loving cats who are in touch with their inner kitten, and are as happy to play with toys as their little ones are.
They’re booked in to be neutered and microchipped on 27 June. They will also be fully vaccinated prior to being rehomed. They still have a few weeks of child care still to do until kits are at least 10 weeks old, but should be ready to pack their backs and move out by mid July.
I think these two girls would be happy in more or less any kind of family who could give them a secure loving home. They’ll need to stay indoors for at least 4 weeks following adoption but after that would like a safe garden away from busy roads to explore. We do strongly recommend that cats be kept indoors during hours of darkness for their own safety, and have access to an indoor litter tray.
