Oscar was found between the allotments and the cattery in mid August 2013. He was clearly in some distress, hungry and with one ear scratched raw. We fed him. gathered him up and took him to the vets to check for a micro chip and when we found none, got him some ear drops to sort his ears out.
Despite putting posters around the area he was found, and in local and slightly further away shops, and checking every “lost” ad we could find online, and then posting “found”, no one came forward. I wonder what on earth happened to him, such a lovely friendly lad. After a decent interval the “found” adverts were replaced by “available for adoption” adverts.
Oscar went to his new home earlier this week. He’s micro chipped now so hopefully he won’t have to go through anything like that again.
