Nala’s kittens were born on 13 May to a Nala (her story is here: https://8livescatrescue.wordpress.com/nala/) and they all came into rescue when the kits were 5 weeks old.
They’re confident kittens, born in a house with children and dogs, and getting on well with the other kittens in foster care. They’ll be micro chipped and vaccinated before going to their new homes. It is a condition of adoption that they will be neutered at 6 months (or earlier if advised by your vet). Until they’re 6 months and neutered they will need to be kept safely indoors. After that they will enjoy having a safe garden to explore.
We’d prefer that they went either in pairs, or to homes with older friendly pets, or to homes where the humans will be around a good proportion of the time. [Nacho (ginger) is already reserved]
We always homecheck prior to adoption and ask a minimum adoption donation of £60 for each kitten. Then enables us to help the next kittens who come into our care. They won’t be ready to go to their new homes until end of July / beginning of August, but are available to be reserved now. Once adoption is agreed families will be welcome / encouraged to visit them regularly until they are ready to go to their new homes, so that they can watch them grow and start to get to know each other. If you’re interested in adopting please either use the contact form on our blog or email us directly at eightlives@outlook.com
